AJ here! Here’s a brief snapshot of my story so far…
Former Beauty Queen
from Aberdeenshire
I started singing as soon as I was talking , listening to the likes of Kim Wilde, Madonna, Olivia Newton John and many more. This passion continued into adult life where I worked with producers in Aberdeen in my 20’s and created a number of demo singles.
Motherhood took over and music went on the back burner for a good few years until I lost my dad to prostate cancer and my life took a turn in a different direction.
Music became my solace and I began performing at open mic sessions in Aberdeen. My passion for music was reignited and when lockdown hit, I threw myself into live online shows, which quickly attracted audiences all over the world.
I quickly built up a fan base of well over 5 thousand fans worldwide, released 4 singles, which have been featured on compilation albums and many Spotify playlists. My debut EP, Healing, followed in late 2021. I have performed at many live venues, been interviewed and featured on countless radio stations, and also featured in several newspaper and magazine articles worldwide.
My musical odyssey continues with an album of covers and a songwriting journey of country music and collaborations.
